November 15th and 16th of this year will see the Guggenheim International Gala take place in NYC. Today it was unveiled that the event, hosted by Dior, will also feature a performance by Haim. At the gala, artist Cai Guo-Qiang and Jennifer Blei Stockman, president of the museum’s board of trustees will be honoured. In addition to the performance by Haim, Daniil Simkin will also hold a dance performance which is set to be and excerpt from his “Falls the Shadow” production. The latter will also feature costumes by Dior’s Maria Grazia Chiuri. During the event, there will be an exhibit on display called “Art and China After 1989: Theater of the World.” Tickets for the event are on sale now! Image by Laura Jane Coulson.
