It’s always worth the wait: cruise collections by high-fashion houses. Not just because of the fabulous clothes draped over models with enviable bodies. But mostly because of the dreamy locations that these shows always whisk us off to. One of these houses that always takes the cake, Louis Vuitton, have announced the location of their Cruise 2019 show: Fondation Maeght museum of modern art located in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Now, in case you didn’t know this is in France, about 25 km from Nice.
Although details on the show are sketchy, we are curious to see if they will weigh up to previous shows at the Bob & Dolores Hope estate in Palm Springs, the Mac Niteroi in Brazil and the Miho Museum in Japan. This location is marvellous indeed, designed by Josep Lluis Sert and housing a number of exquisite artworks.
The show is set for May 28th.
