After introducing the cocktail crowd to British style with playful Parisian bars Experimental Cocktail Club, Curio Parlour and Prescription, and making steak cool again at Beef Club, the Experimental Group – Romée de Goriainoff, Olivier Bon and Pierre-Charles Cros – have launched their own hotel, Le Grand Pigalle.
