Check Out The Trailer For The New André Leon Talley Documentary

André Leon Talley. If you’re familiar with fashion, we’re sure you’ve heard of the name. He’s held positions at The New York Times, Vanity Fair and most notably, spent the past 15 years as Vogue’s editor at large. With such a rich history and remarkable resumé, director Kate Novack decided it was time to put Talley’s life up on the big screen in a new documentary The Gospel According to André.

The film chronicles his entire career, from his humble beginnings growing up in North Carolina, to his high-ranking positions in the fashion and media world. Prominent figures from both inside and outside the world of fashion make their appearances, including Anna Wintour, Marc Jacobs and Whoopi Goldberg. Interestingly enough, there’s also footage of Talley’s his involvement with Andy Warhol’s Factory in the 1970s.

The Gospel According To André is slated for a May 25th release. Check out the trailer below.
