Burberry is building on their reputation for merging the fashion and art worlds by transforming their show space into an exhibition that gives context to the initial inspiration behind their collections. The exhibition, called “Here We Are” and curated by Kumara Moore, Alasdair McLellan and Christopher Bailey, will feature the work of around 30 renowned photographers from the past century. Artists featured are set to include Martin Parr, Brian Griffin, Ken Russell, as well as McLellan himself. The exhibition space, which will take up three floors of the Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell, will also double as the show space for the LFW collection on September 16th. The collection will, following the “see now buy now” principle, be available right after the show.
